Yaaaay! I finally received a new postcrossing postcard! (DE-1137059) It's been a while. And it's a wonderful postcard with birds flying. :) I really love birds. I think they have something magical. Something endless and unstoppable. They seem to be so free. Text on the front says: 

"Let your toughts grow wings and allow the wind to blow them sky high."

I love it. Love it. Love it. I also named Gabriele, Sabriele in my thank you reply. Because... I apparently read the name wrong. :( I'm so embarrassed right now. Going to hide somewhere in a corner. Hahha. Goshh. Sorry Gabriele. :)
The postcard even had a Penguin sticker! :D Awmygawd! :D cute

Birthday

Friday was my birthday. OMgg 22 years old. I'm old. hahahah. I had tea at Jasmijn's place. She got me this amazingly funny penguin hat XD Goooood for the upcoming winter and she made brownies for me. yumm.

and Bas and Kim came over at dinner. ♥ They got me wrapping paper! :P :P :P XD ;) and a looooot more of course. :D Writing stuff and hair thingys and and

Mail Mail Mail :D

Finally, I am able to blog again. I've been too busy with school and got suddly struck with a cold which kicked me in bed for two days. 


I got this suuuuper cool package last week from dear Ellis :D Best package ever. I jumped through the ceiling of excitement. Couldn't be more happy. Already felt like it was my birthday. Which is actually tomorroow! :O Every every thing it the package was so cool. Didn't had enough eyes, not enough hands and not enough breath. There was so much to see. It didn't fit through the mailbox. There stood this middle aged women with brown hair when I opened the door. "It didn't fit through the mailbox!" she giggled. Smile, smile, smile. Looking at the package, at me, the package, me. :') XD I guess this really hit the spot after all the weird and funny postcard from alround the world. hahah.

The mail for today :) (Cat not included >.<) Suddenly had a lot of time when I was sick. Homework wasn't attractive. Writing tons of letters and making tons of package was. Tomorrow, a post what was in the package to Ellis. :) 

And OOMMMMGG Lisette suddently came by yesterday. Totally surprised. Guess my face was worth a picture when I opened the door. And she brough a huuuge birthday present for me. Painted by hand. O_O Seriously it's so good. I am still stunned.

Museum van communicatie

I went to this awesome musea, museum van communicatie. I've been there already 10 times. But it still nice! A lot about communication, old and new phones. Postcard, mail, telegrame..
Victoria is 2 years, and she  loves it already!
There was an amazing playground!


On or way back we stoped for this delicious 'oliebol', dont know what that is english. is :) hihi
Now im tired, and let me and my baby (yes! Im 12 weeks pregnant), sleep for a hour ^__^

Starbucks and Statistics

I had a full day of statistics today. Working hard on all the assignments at the Starbucks with some delicious Tazo Chai Tea again. Yess it's bad. We got little try-out cups with Starbucks chrismas specials. How cool. Together with Marco, Jasmijn and Ciska. But my motivation was the best  today. Worked on my paper for psychodiagnostics which I have to hand in next week. Almost finished! :D Goooood :D I hope tomorrow will be as much fun as today. And my motivation just as good. More Statistics tomorrow and the whole week. 

Seriously, sexiness overrules the world. :') 

Working hard on the private postcrossing swaps and personal mail. All extra's for the mail are complete. Writing letters still has to come.
And my postcrossing postcard to Latvia finally arrived :D So happy. Already thought it wasn't going to reach it's destiny. But the girls loved their pink letter with all the stickers. Happy happy. :)
And it's almost my birthday! =O! november 2011. 11+11=22 years old. How cool is that :') hahah
(And the flag counter and awesome tumbling worldglobe are not working for some weird reason D: so sad. they're missing so many cool countries. sorry)

Hhahahahaah omg guuys I got this interesting postcard with a whole story behind it. I was a lucky person to receive a postcard from Mister Pete the Traveling Can! :') Yes.
The postcard is really funny. My brother and I had to laugh when it came with the mail.

"Yes, I am a can of SPAM. I travel in the bottom of a bag along side a camera, sand, a passport, ginger candies, sunglasses, a notebook, a sharpie and some baby wipes. You never know when you are going to need some baby wipes!" Mr. Pete. Facebook. Wordpress.

No more postcrossing post for a while. Need to catch up on all the personal mail and direct swaps :') So still interesting mail blogposts. very interesting posts :D pictures coming soonn..


And more Starbucks pictures :') <3 had starbucks. With Marco and Ariane today. (Marco smilllee!!! XD He doesn't like starbucks?? :P:P:P) Trying out the new christmas specials. Toffe Nut Latte., Peppermint Mocha. The Cranberry White Chocolate Mocha was delicious. Nommm. Still Starbucks Tazo Chaii Latte is the very best. Perfect universe

Although, words do not always matter. The things we do are sometimes more important.
So maybe instead of copying a thousands words which have already been said a zillion times.

I got to write this cute postcard to two 4 year old little sisters in Latvia. Varya and Dasha. Originally born in Moscow. :) and they just got a baby brother. how cute. I made this little package for them with two coloring pages, stickers and a spirograph. >.< Those things are so much fun when you're a kid.

Ukraine Olga Postcrossing received #15

First postcard from Ukraine! From Olga living in Donets'k. I really like bird images for a lot of reasons hahaha :) Birds are magicall and have so much freedom. (or so it seems :P) I want to have a birds when I live on my own later. And a very big aquarium with fish. And a housemaid to clean everything XDXD (UA-157175)

Helen Russia Postcrossing received #14

I got this cool recipe postcard on friday. Really happy! It's from Helen from Vladivostok, Russia. Vladivostok, 130km from North Korea. And 770km to Akita and Sapporo, Japan. or 1330km to Beijing, China! Cool place XD
I love this recipe card which Helen has send me. We have pancakes 'pannenkoek' in the Netherlands but we eat it which other things on it. We eat it with treacle (syrup from sugar) and sugar. with apples and raisins. Or cheese and bacon. (I don't like that. But people in the Netherlands eat it.) I also like pancakes with maple syrup (from Canada). or chocolate pancakes. nutella! :P 

but now going to try it with honey, strawberry and sugar, the way Helen explained it. :) and the ingredients on the postcard aswell :P (RU-611830)

I got this nostalgic postcard from Lily, Heemskerk The Netherlands. This was the first postcard I got from the Netherlands. (I got this one before Mariska actually) This card really make me remember my family. My father. Indonesia. My asian roots. :') I really miss my family and my father. I really love to receive asian cards and cards with people from Indonesia or any asian country. Especially cards with kids. (NL-844801)
